Terms of service

Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FUTRSPORT website, store, products, and related services (the "Services"). The terms "FUTRSPORT," "we," "us," and "our" refer to FUTRSPORT INC. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Information you provide must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen and device. Product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability may change. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory.
Orders, prices, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after payment and availability checks. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown or described before payment when they are known to us. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping timing and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The Services and their original content, branding, product media, graphics, text, software, and arrangement are owned by FUTRSPORT or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit protected content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services unlawfully; interfere with their security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; collect personal information without authority; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or use automated systems in a manner that places an unreasonable load on the Services or circumvents access controls.
Third-party services and Shopify
The Services may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. FUTRSPORT is powered by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform that enables the Services. Purchases from this store are transactions between you and FUTRSPORT, not Shopify.
Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as described there and in their own applicable privacy notices.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product warranties, consumer guarantees, and other statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain in effect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FUTRSPORT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse of the Services, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
