Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and proof of purchase, unless the item is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

To start a return, email hello@futrsport.com before sending anything. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions, the return destination, and any available prepaid return label. Items sent without prior authorization might not be accepted. Do not send returns to an address found elsewhere unless our team confirms it for your return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at hello@futrsport.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Return shipping

For approved returns from the United States or Canada, FUTRSPORT will provide return instructions and, when available for the destination, a prepaid return label. International return arrangements and any unavoidable carrier or customs costs will be confirmed before the item is sent.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized products, and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law. Contact us before purchase if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest exchange method is normally to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement. Contact us if a product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider might need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hello@futrsport.com.

European Union orders

Where European Union consumer withdrawal rights apply, eligible customers may cancel or return an order within the legally required period. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
