Refund policy

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, unless the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

To start a return, email info@futrsport.com before sending anything. If the return is accepted, we will provide the return instructions and destination. Items sent without prior authorization might not be accepted. Do not send returns to an address found elsewhere unless our team confirms it for your return.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for ordinary return-shipping costs. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, FUTRSPORT will provide the appropriate remedy and return instructions. Any carrier or customs costs for a cross-border return will be confirmed before the item is sent.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at info@futrsport.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For shipping damage, contact us as soon as practical, ideally within three business days, and keep the product, packaging, and relevant photos while we evaluate the issue. This requested timing does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized products, and products clearly marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law. Contact us before purchase if you have questions about a specific product.

Exchanges

The fastest exchange method is normally to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement. Contact us if a product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact info@futrsport.com if you have not received an approved refund within the timing stated in our approval notice.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, withdrawal, consumer-guarantee, or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
