Shipping destinations and charges
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. United States orders use the rates displayed at checkout. Canada and other international orders use the available carrier rates displayed at checkout. We do not promise free shipping to a destination unless checkout shows a free rate for that order.
Processing and availability
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after order confirmation, subject to product availability, payment review, holidays, and operational exceptions. This timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Our team may contact you within one business day to confirm colour availability and expected timing.
Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery estimates begin after shipment and may vary by destination, weather, customs, and carrier conditions. Tracking details are provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
International orders
Unless checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for destination duties, taxes, brokerage, and import charges. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Address changes
Contact info@futrsport.com promptly if a shipping address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.
Damage, loss, or delivery issues
Contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. Keep damaged products and packaging while we evaluate the issue. We will work with the carrier and customer to determine the appropriate next step. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
