Shipping policy

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered in the United States or Canada. Shipping charges for other destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and availability

Orders are prepared after payment and product availability are confirmed. Our current planning estimate is generally 5–7 business days before shipment, but this is not a guarantee. We aim to contact customers within one business day when colour availability, timing, or other order details need confirmation.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery estimates begin after shipment and may vary by destination, weather, customs, and carrier conditions. Tracking details are provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

International orders

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, or import charges not collected at checkout. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Address changes

Contact hello@futrsport.com promptly if a shipping address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.

Damage, loss, or delivery issues

Contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will work with the carrier and customer to determine the appropriate next step. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
