PENTA™ Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The giveaway is organized by FUTRSPORT® (“Promoter”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party organizations, leagues, or platforms.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of FUTRSPORT® are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • Enter by completing the official giveaway form on the FUTRSPORT® website.

  • One (1) entry per email address is permitted.

  • Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. Giveaway Period & Draw Date

  • Entries will be accepted until March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET).

  • One (1) winner will be selected via random draw on or after March 31, 2026.

5. Prize

  • One (1) FUTRSPORT® PENTA™ Goalkeeper Training Airbag.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $2,995.00.

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping is included within the United States and Canada only.

  • Any shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees outside the U.S. and Canada are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Notification

  • The selected winner will be notified via the email address used to enter.

  • The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.

  • If the selected winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Prize Acceptance Requirements

  • Prior to receiving the prize, the winner must sign a standard acknowledgement and liability waiver document provided by FUTRSPORT®.

  • Failure to complete required documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Use of Prize & Liability

  • The PENTA™ is a training aid and must be used in accordance with provided instructions and safety guidelines.

  • FUTRSPORT® makes no warranties or guarantees regarding performance outcomes and assumes no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of the product.

10. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow FUTRSPORT® to use their name, organization or club name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and for FUTRSPORT® marketing communications, in accordance with FUTRSPORT®’s Privacy Policy.

12. General Conditions

  • FUTRSPORT® reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

  • All decisions made by the Promoter are final and binding.

13. Governing Law

  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
